Genesis points
Genesis is loom's points season: a fixed daily emission, settled at 00:00 UTC, split between the two behaviors the protocol actually needs — deposits and lUSD liquidity. The rules below are the complete rules; there are no hidden multipliers.
Access
Genesis is invite-only. An invite code binds to your wallet with a one-time gasless signature. Every member starts with 3 invite slots and earns another per invitee who activates (up to 10 total); at 3 activated invites your code becomes permanent.
The daily settlement
Each day's pool is fixed and pro-rata — you compete for a share, not for an unbounded printer:

Balances are time-weighted across the day (TWAB): holding 1,000 for 24 hours beats holding 24,000 for one hour. Steady beats spiky, by construction.
The self-hold boost
Keeping the lUSD you minted signals you're not farming and dumping. Deposit weight gets +10% × your hold ratio — lUSD balance over recorded debt, capped at 1 (debt-free depositors count as fully held). The boost is zero-sum inside the deposit leg: it redistributes the same pool toward holders.
Referrals
Referrals pay on top — they never dilute the earner:

The plain-language disclaimers
- Testnet points reset for mainnet. The current season is practice and leaderboard bragging rights; mainnet opens a fresh season with re-issued invites.
- Points are not a token. They are an accounting of participation. What they may become is described — carefully — on the $LOOM page.
- Formulas can be tuned between seasons (never retroactively within one); changes are announced here.
